ITEM 8624. KIDNEY SHAPED DEMIJOHN
with multicolored paint decoration. Dutch, early to mid 18th
century. Decoration includes a naval battle scene, an image
of the ship's captain or owner and what is ostensibly the coat
of arms of the pictured gentleman. Bottle is undamaged, painting
exhibits some minor wear and losses. An impressive piece at
19 ½" in height.
